CRABAPPLE FARM believes that "a healthy society must be based upon healthy people eating healthy food grown in healthy soil." They come to the market weekly from Chesterfield with greens, root vegetables, eggs, grains, and grass-fed beef and lamb.

MARKET BOOTH carries fresh, organic cranberries from Cape Cod weekly in November and December. Proceeds benefit the market's Food Stamp doubling program.

MYCOTERRA FARM uses agricultural and forestry byproducts as their primary growing mediums for mushrooms. They come to the market weekly with mushrooms, growing kits, and soaps.

RED FIRE FARM is a year-round local source for high-quality food from Montague. Every week they come to the market with greens, root vegetables, frozen fruit, and tomato puree.

SIMPLE GIFTS FARM is a weekly vendors from Amherst. They come to the market with lots of greens, root vegetables, pork, and beef.

TWIN OAKS FARM is valley-famous for their potted fig trees. Twin Oaks Farm come to the market weekly with fingerling potatoes, potted plants, and eucalyptus from Feeding Hills.

WINTER MOON ROOTS grows in Hadley specifically for the winter season, and plans to be carbon neutral by 2015. They bring eggs and root vegetables to the market weekly.


MEATS, Fish, EGGS, & CHEESES

BARBERIC FARM of Shelburne is a nearly weekly vendor with lamb, frozen meat pies, fruit pies, jams, jellies, marmalades, fruit sauces, pickles, popcorn, hops, eggs, leather, hand-forged pokers, sheepskins, and fiber.

CRICKET CREEK FARM in Williamstown regularly produces five varieties of cow's milk cheese including Maggie's Round made from fresh raw milk and a fresh aged cheese made with pasteurized milk in a style similar to Camembert named Berkshire Bloom.

HILLTOWN GRAZERS produces pasture fed meat that is humanely-raised in Huntington. They come to the market weekly with pork, beef, chicken, lamb, goat, and veal.

PARISH HILL CREAMERY of Westminster, Vermont makes seasonal, hand made, raw milk cheeses inspired by traditional Italian cheeses. They come to the market weekly with cheeses such as West West Blue and Suffolk Punch.

POPEYE HILL FARM of Ware is a weekly vendor with smoked pork, eggs, and warm alpaca hats, socks, and mittens.


BREADS & BAKED GOODS

BREAD EUPHORIA uses organic and locally grown ingredients in their breads and pastries, which they bring to the market biweekly from Haydenville.

MASSACHUSETTS ARTISAN FOODS makes intentionally-sourced granola, and tamales. Granola is made with local maple syrup.


BRUNCH & COFFEE

BEETS & BARLEY is a catering, meal delivery, and baby food delivery company that uses fresh, local ingredients. They bring lunch foods to the market every week beginning November 26th. All of their food is vegetarian, gluten-free, and delicious!

CHANTERELLE TO GO is a farm to table food cart, caterer, and frozen entree maker. You'll find them weekly with prepared foods including bean soups, egg sandwiches, donuts, and dog treats.

HOLYOKE HUMMUS COMPANY is a mobile food cart specializing in falafel and hummus. The falafel is made on-site, and the hummus can be purchased in tubs to go. They attend the market most weeks.

SHARE COFFEE brews freshly-ground coffee at the market weekly. They will have bags and cold brew available to take home as well!


HERBS, HONEY, & MAPLE

BOTANICA makes small batch apothecary bitters, chili salt and sugar, thai simple syrup, and brandied cherries. They attend the market monthly.

DAVENPORT MAPLE FARM comes to the market weekly with maple syrup, maple candy, and dried nuts.

FLAME & HONEYCOMB makes honey-sweetened chocolates, skin care products, and sacred soy wax candles made with fair trade, organic, and home-grown ingredients. Weekly vendor beginning November 26th.

RED BARN HONEY of Northampton has apiaries on farms and other sites along the Connecticut River Valley in western Massachusetts. They produce raw honey and come to the market biweekly.

SAWMILL HERB FARM is a biweekly vendor from Florence selling dried herbs, teas, tinctures, and other herbal products.

SWEET BIRCH HERBALS is a biweekly vendor from Montague with ghee, tinctures, dried tea, body creams, salves, and hot tea by the cup.

YARD BIRDS of Williamsburg aims to integrate sustainable practices to grow fresh food on a small scale. They come to the market monthly with herb infused honey, dried herbs, alpaca products, and beeswax products.


SPECIALTY FOODS

CROOKED STICK POPS makes handmade, artisanal ice pops with winter flavors such as pumpkin pie, spiced cider, chocolate habanero avocado, Mexican chocolate, and sweet potato coconut curry. Biweekly.

ELLIE'S OILS comes to the market weekly with extra virgin olive oils and vinegars from around the world.

OLD FRIENDS FARM will be a weekly vendor in the month of December selling ginger syrup, turmeric honey, ground ginger, and ground turmeric made with their own ginger and turmeric.

PASSALONGS is a weekly, small-batch jam maker specializing in jams made with local fruits and vegetables.

WILD FOR GREENS grows microgreens and pulls wheatgrass shots weekly all season long.
